Tested Country: Canada

I bought a used LG G4, and without considering Android's Factory Reset Protection, I went into Setting, and done a "Factory Data Reset" from the menu.
After boot up, then I am shock that I have to login as previous owner's Google account in order to use the phone.
I went into firmware hard reset page below to reset it, but still can't bypass Factory Reset Protection (FRP):
1. Boot the phone up and you will see the new phone "Setup Wizard" with language selection
2. If you have login to WiFi, press on "Next" button (get into WiFi screen) and choose "Forget" button to disconnect WiFi. Then press "Previous" button to return back to this screen
3. The following set of steps is to get into Google Chrome browser so that we can access phone's "Setting" page
4. Press on "Accessibility" button
5. Confirm when prompt to enable it
6. Press "Vision" button
6. Press "TalkBack" optionto get into sub-menu
7. Scroll down, to see "Text-to-speech output" button
8. Next to "Google Text-to-speech Engine" option, press on the wheel button
9. Press button "Setting for Google Text-to-speech Engine"
10. Press button "Feedback"
11. Towards the end of the page, press on any blue color link, such as "Legal Help," "Privacy Policy," or "Terms of Service" link so that it spawn a browser
12. Now you should see it spawn a browser, and we accomplish the first major step
13. Next we need to get to Settings page to clear 2 apps cache
14. In the top browser page, there should be a text box search bar
15. Tap and hold on any text in the browser so that it pop up a copy-paste menu
16. Towards the right, there will be 3 vertical dots. Press on this button\
17. The option shown will be Assist. Press Assist button
18. Phone search bar will appear
19. Enter "Settings" and you will see phone's Setting menu appear at the bottom of the screen
20. Press on Settings menu
21. Navigate to Apps menu, and press on 3 dots on upper right, and choose "Show Systems" to show all system apps that it is hiding by default

23.2. Click on option "Storage"
23.3. Click on button "Clear cache" at the bottom of the screen
24. Choose "Google Play services" app

I went into firmware hard reset page below to reset it, but still can't bypass Factory Reset Protection (FRP):
- With the phone off, hold both Power + Volume Down buttons to power it up
- When the very first LG logo (static picture) appears, temporary release Power button while holding Volume Down button
- Within split second, hold both Power + Volume Down buttons again. Some internet homepage said keep holding, and some said release both temporary, but I found both are not applicable to my phone
- The phone should still be in the static LG logo, and not in the animated LG logo
- If the phone boot into animated LG logo, then above sequence is wrong. Repeat from step 1
- You should see a Factory Reset screen
Following is the step that work for me:
1. Boot the phone up and you will see the new phone "Setup Wizard" with language selection
3. The following set of steps is to get into Google Chrome browser so that we can access phone's "Setting" page
4. Press on "Accessibility" button

24.2. Click on button "Disable." If this button is disable, repeat step 6 and come back. This is must be done, or FRS protection won't be able to bypass
24.3. Click on option "Storage." This step is not required according to some homepage, but I done it anyway
24.4. If "Setup Wizard" is still running, then you need to repeat this step
25. Verify both apps to ensure both are stopped, and Google Play services is disabled
26. Press Power button at the back and choose reboot27. Now you will be able to login with new Google account without FRP protection demanding to login as previous owner
To prevent this from happening, follow this step to reset the any Android phone in future:
